Q: Are all Fefa Jewelry made of real gold?
A: Yes, all Fefa Jewelry is made of 9K solid gold. This means that there is 37.5% of gold in our jewelry (that is then combined with alloys to mould into jewelry). All Fefa pieces carry the 375 hallmark which means that these are authentic 9K gold.
Q: What does 9K stand for?
A: 9K refers to the karat of gold which is equivalent to the proportion of gold in a piece of jewelry
Q: What is the difference between 9K, 14K, 18K gold?
A: The main difference is the proportion of gold in each piece of jewelry. The higher the number, the higher the proportion of gold.
As gold is a soft metal, all gold jewelry is mixed with various alloys in order to be made into jewelry. The higher the gold content, the softer and more malleable the jewelry can be. Similarly, a higher gold content will give the jewelry a brighter yellow hue.
At 9K, the pieces will be more durable and lasting and has a unique matte gold look which really makes our Fefa pieces unique and long lasting.
Q: Will my jewelry get tarnished or change in colour?
A: Generally, all jewelry is subject to wear and tear. That's why it is important to look after all your jewelry to keep it in good condition. Please visit our Jewelry Care page to learn more about caring for your Fefa pieces.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently we are online, but do follow us on IG to find out when and where our next pop up will be!
Q: Can I return or exchange the items I have bought?
A: Yes you can, within 7 calendar days! Please visit our Customer Care page for details around our returns and exchange policies
Q: My clasp has broken! Can you fix it?
A: We work with local jewelry repair companies to accommodate any repair requests. Please visit our Customer Care page for details around adjustments and repair services.
Q: What does it mean by refund in store credit?
A: As part of our returns and exchange policy, you may choose to return your items purchased and either exchange it for a different item or refund the amount paid for store credit. The refund will be in a dollar amount which is valid for 3 months from refund process date.
Q: It is now past 7 days, can I still submit a request to refund or exchange?
A: Unfortunately we will not be able to process your request.
